Recruitment of Exhibiting Businesses for "Kure City" Product Exhibition at Sanyo Expressway Miyajima SA (Upbound)!!

The Hiroshima Industrial Promotion Organization is collaborating with West Nippon Expressway Logistics Co., Ltd. to recruit businesses with "products related to the Kure region" for a product exhibition to be held during the November holiday period at Miyajima Service Area (Upbound) on the Sanyo Expressway.

This is an opportunity to promote and sell your products and the charm of Kure to the many customers who visit the service area during the holiday period.

Companies interested in exhibiting, please review the event details and application conditions below, prepare your application documents, and submit them via email.

November 21 (Sat) - November 23 (Mon, Holiday), 2026, 10:00 - 17:00 (scheduled)

Participation Fee:

(Please bear transportation costs and staff labor costs during the event at your own expense.)

Items for Sale:

- Products related to Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture (e.g., specialty products of Kure City)

(Examples: confectionery, processed aquatic, livestock, and agricultural products, noodles, seasonings, miscellaneous goods, etc.)

* Items that can be eaten on the spot or taken home to eat are preferred.

* The listed products are examples and are not limited to these items.

Other products can also be proposed, so please actively suggest them.

Sales Conditions:

- Cost-to-price ratio: Approximately 70-75% (guideline)

- Consignment sales in principle

- Sales proceeds processing:

You will issue delivery slips and invoices based on sales data from Fujii Sangyo Co., Ltd., the operating company of Miyajima SA (Upbound).

Invoices will be closed at the end of the month and paid by Fujii Sangyo Co., Ltd. in the month after next.

Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by each business.

- Participation for just one day out of the three days is possible.

* It is also possible to deliver products to Miyajima SA (Upbound) through West Nippon Expressway Logistics Co., Ltd., a wholesale company of the NEXCO West Japan Group.

* Please discuss detailed sales conditions during your business meeting.

Preparations Required:

- Promotional materials (e.g., banners, posters), product samples, etc.

- Cooler box or refrigerated display case *for refrigerated items*

- Tableware, etc. *for tasting*

- Products *Pre-shipment is possible. If shipping, please notify us of the quantity in advance.*

* While on-site sales staff are not mandatory, we would appreciate your cooperation in PR and sales at the venue as much as possible.

- Tents: 2 units (one 6m*3m, one 3m*3m)

- Poster easels (B2 size): 6 units

- Plastic bags (provided free of charge)
