SAGA Woman Work Design Project to Host Skill-Up Seminar!

The Saga Industrial Promotion Organization Public Interest Incorporated Foundation, Saga Industrial Future Creation Base (hereinafter "RYO-FU BASE"), in collaboration with Saga Prefecture, is advancing the "SAGA Woman Work Design Project" as part of the "SAGA Woman Canvas Project," which supports diverse career development for women and encourages female entrepreneurship and career advancement.

This project integrates perspectives on supporting diverse female career paths with industrial promotion and startup support, aiming to foster environments where women can realize their desired careers—whether through career advancement within companies or by launching their own ventures.

We are now accepting applications for the second practical skill-up seminar, designed to empower participants to confidently pursue their personal career challenges.

This seminar is recommended for individuals who feel motivated to do "something" in business or career development but are unsure where to start, as well as those interested in entrepreneurship, side businesses, or career growth within or outside their organizations. It is also ideal for executives, managers, and HR professionals seeking to understand female career development processes to promote internal talent advancement.

Yui Horiguchi / CEO, YOUI Inc. / Associate Professor, Robert Fung Entrepreneurship Center, Kyushu University

Since 2026, she has been actively involved in co-creation support connecting local communities, businesses, universities, and government, entrepreneur development, social venture support, organizational and team transformation training, and team coaching. She also designs learning environments that help individuals shape their careers and businesses based on their authentic questions.
