Osaka Prefecture and the Osaka Industrial Bureau have launched the second phase of 'Kidou NEXT,' a support program aimed at accelerating the social implementation of cutting-edge deep-tech startups.
The program targets startups possessing innovative deep-tech, including those exhibited at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, by facilitating collaboration and pilot projects with companies that hold necessary resources for social implementation.
In Phase 2 of 'Kidou NEXT,' the program offers a subsidy of up to 5 million yen (half coverage, subject to requirements) in three priority sectors: bio/life sciences, green tech, and digital. Furthermore, the program provides six months of hands-on support from dedicated coordinators and matching opportunities with large corporations to drive business growth.
