What is the Skill Test?

This is a national qualification system that evaluates the level of skills acquired or required for work. There are 133 job categories, including machining, carpentry, and financial planning. Passing the exam results in a certificate, allowing the individual to use the title "Skilled Worker" (from the central vocational ability development association pamphlet).
