Okayama Prefecture and the Okayama Prefectural Foundation for Industrial Promotion (Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture; President: Seiichi Katayama) will host the 'Women's Startup Support Seminar [Beginner Level]' on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the With Center Meeting Room in Kita-ku, Okayama City.
This seminar is designed for women aiming to start a business or currently preparing to do so. Through panel discussions and group work, participants will discover their own 'core values for a fulfilling work style.'
The event will feature guest speakers Eri Matsuda, Representative of Heartful Story; Yuria Yano, Representative of &Lilly; and facilitator Makiko Ono, Coordinator at the Okayama Women's Startup Support Center, who will share authentic insights from three female entrepreneurs with diverse backgrounds.
Participation is free, and childcare services (by prior registration, free of charge, limited to approximately 10 first applicants) are also available.
1. Key Features and Benefits of the Seminar
⑴ Hear 'Real Voices' from Three Active Female Entrepreneurs
During the seminar, three female entrepreneurs with different backgrounds will participate in panel discussions on two themes: 'Business' and 'Work Style and Life Choices.' Topics such as 'What inspired you to choose your current work?' and 'How do you balance your aspirations with practical constraints?' will be discussed, offering participants valuable insights to address their own challenges.
⑵ Discover Your Own Work Style Through Group Work
Group work sessions will be held between each panel discussion. Participants will share and verbalize their thoughts and realizations from the talks, helping them clarify and organize their personal work values.
⑶ Free Admission and Childcare Services for Parents
As this seminar is hosted by a local government and public institution, participation is free. Additionally, free childcare services are available for parents, enabling them to attend with peace of mind.

Additionally, she offers consulting focused on 'moments when human emotions shift,' utilizing her expertise as a perfumer to manage scents, sounds, and spaces.

(AI Utilization and SNS Customer Acquisition Advisor)
Combining her programming background with AI, she supports businesses in creating customer acquisition funnels from SNS engagement to conversion.
