The "Ettore Sottsass" exhibition is the first major retrospective of 20th-century Italian design master Ettore Sottsass in Japan, and the museum's first-ever design exhibition. Meanwhile, the "Shuzo Takiguchi — To Write and To Draw" exhibition explores the "drawing" practice of poet and art critic Shuzo Takiguchi through his diverse experimental works. Both exhibitions feature extensive content centered on the Ishibashi Foundation collection.
