The "Shachojuku" (President's Academy), established by a university professor, launched on July 4, 2023. Since its inception, the academy has maintained a monthly cadence without interruption and will reach its 36th session on June 4, 2026.

To mark this three-year milestone, the organization expresses its deepest gratitude to the supporting companies and individual partners. A 3rd Anniversary Party is scheduled for June 18, 2026, from 18:30 to 21:00 at the 4PLA 3rd Floor in Sapporo.

The academy centers its activities on Liberal Arts and coaching-based workshops. Participants engage in programs that refine their character and "human power," confronting challenges not only in business and management but also in their personal lives. A signature feature is the "Thank You Shower" workshop, where executives and students interact as equals, regardless of hierarchy.

◆ Mission and Vision - Mission: To cultivate a refined Japanese aesthetic and polish character to become global citizens respected by the world. - Vision: To transcend boundaries of company, profession, age, and nationality, increasing the "dots" that expand personal potential. - Philosophy: Inspired by Steve Jobs’ concept of "connecting the dots," the program emphasizes that seemingly unrelated learning, experiences, and encounters provide the breadth needed to reach higher peaks in life and business. Liberal Arts is viewed as the foundation for long-term innovation rather than immediate tactical gains.
