Chiyoda Corporation (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Koji Ota; hereinafter "the Company") has signed an Enterprise Framework Agreement with Shell Global Solutions International B.V. (hereinafter "Shell") for engineering and procurement services to support future global projects.
Chiyoda and Shell have collaborated on numerous projects over more than 50 years in energy projects worldwide, building a strong relationship of trust. This agreement further strengthens the long-standing partnership, enabling Chiyoda to leverage its expertise in engineering, procurement, and project execution to deliver faster project mobilization, greater cost and schedule certainty, enhanced predictability in execution, and more effective and responsive adaptation to changing market conditions for Shell's projects.
Since its founding in 1948, Chiyoda has operated as a comprehensive engineering company, delivering design, procurement, construction, operation, and maintenance services across approximately 60 countries and regions in diverse sectors including oil and gas, chemicals, and petrochemicals.
