In conjunction, an opening commemorative seminar will be held next week on Friday, July 22, officially launching classes for the 'IT Implementation Specialist Training Course,' which cultivates internal DX leaders in just three months.

[Background of the DX School Kanda Campus Opening]

While AI adoption is advancing, the nationwide shortage of 'people who can teach' has become a major barrier for companies.

For SMEs, which account for 99.7%*1 of Japanese businesses, digitalization has become an unavoidable management challenge. According to the latest survey published in February 2026*2, AI adoption among SMEs has increased to 28.4%, nearly doubling from the previous year. However, many companies cite 'lack of IT talent' as the biggest obstacle to DX advancement.

Responding to voices such as 'We don't know where to start' and 'We can't afford to rely indefinitely on external consultants,' Principal Kanda, with experience as a computer classroom instructor, corporate IT trainer, and IT consultant, established the DX School Kanda Campus as a locally-based platform for cultivating DX talent.
