Shikoku Electric Power Transmission & Distribution Co., Inc. is working to foster momentum for the Shikoku Pilgrimage's World Heritage registration and to revitalize local areas, including those around the pilgrimage routes, through the provision of its pilgrimage support app "Henro no Akari + Plus" (hereinafter, "this app").

We are pleased to announce that a service enabling users to acquire "electronic amulets" via this app, as part of the "Sanuki Pilgrimage" conducted by the Sanuki Branch of the Shikoku 88 Sacred Places Pilgrimage Association, will commence on April 23, 2026.

By purchasing a sticker amulet featuring a temple character at the designated temples listed below and scanning the QR code printed on its reverse side using this app, users can enjoy collecting "electronic amulets" within the app. They can also download, display, and save them on their smartphones. Furthermore, by repeating the pilgrimage, users can acquire "electronic amulets" of characters with different background designs, thereby enjoying the "Sanuki Pilgrimage" repeatedly.

Our company will continue to work with local communities to revitalize the Shikoku region.
