This is the fifth consecutive annual edition of the seminar, following sessions in the northern (2022), eastern (2023), western (2024), and central (2025) regions. This time, the seminar will include site visits to area communities actively working to create vibrancy in Urawa Ward (Saitama City), Omiya Ward (Saitama City), Kawaguchi City, and Toda City.
