Daiwa House Parking to Open "D-Wash Hirano Nanko-dori" Pure Water Car Wash in Osaka on April 15, 2026

Daiwa House Parking Co., Ltd., part of the Daiwa House Group, is set to launch "D-Wash Hirano Nanko-dori," a pure water car wash facility, in Hirano Ward, Osaka City, on April 15, 2026. This marks the company's first D-Wash location within Osaka City and its second in Osaka Prefecture. The company has expanded its D-Wash network to 15 locations across Kanto, Hokuriku, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu regions since August 2024. The existing "D-Wash Chuo Ibaraki" in Ibaraki City, Osaka, opened in September 2024, has seen high demand, particularly for its reserved hand-wash bays. The new Hirano Nanko-dori facility is strategically located on Nanko-dori, a main road connecting the southern parts of Osaka City, making it accessible for daily car users. It will feature 9 covered hand-wash bays for cars, 2 hand-wash bays for motorcycles, and 14 motorcycle garages (7 large, 7 small). Amenities include a complete reservation system via a dedicated app and complimentary motorcycle washing for those with garage contracts. The facility will operate 24 hours a day and offer heated water during winter. Promotional pricing for the opening campaign (April 15-27, 2026) includes car wash bays at 400 yen for the first 30 minutes on weekdays (600 yen on weekends/holidays) and motorcycle bays at 250 yen for the first 30 minutes daily. The D-Wash brand promotes a "wipe-free style" using pure water, which minimizes water spots. Daiwa House Parking operates 3,454 parking lots with 86,574 spaces nationwide as of March 2026.
