Seto Ohashi Onsen Yamakou, operated by Yamamoto Yuki Co., Ltd. (based in Kurashiki, Okayama; Representative: Kazuki Hayashi), is implementing its 'Re-Born 2026' renovation project, with full completion targeted by the end of 2026.

This project deepens the facility's concept of 'immersion in enjoyment,' shaping a form of 'kindness' that meets the diverse modern needs of guests, from families with children to solo visitors.

By the end of 2026, the facility will complete the following eight 'Kindness Upgrades' to further evolve as a beloved hub of relaxation for the local community.

Eight 'Kindness Upgrades' to be completed by the end of 2026:

1. Friendly Solo Time: Adding dedicated lounge seating for solo guests to enjoy their private time without concern for others. 2. Sauna Friendly: Increasing the number of 'tonoi' (post-sauna relaxation) chairs in and around the indoor and outdoor baths. 3. Body Friendly: Introducing a fresh-pressed orange juice vending machine for a healthy, delicious treat. 4. Treat Yourself: Significantly expanding the library from 3,000 to 8,000 manga and magazines, aiming for the largest collection in the region. 5. Play Friendly: Refreshing the game corner with the latest lineup to appeal across generations. 6. Child Friendly: Transforming the children's bath into a 'Rubber Duck Bath' to keep little ones entertained. 7. Family Friendly: Completely revamping the kids' corner into a safe space for children to play, allowing parents to relax with peace of mind. 8. Appetite Friendly: Developing an ultimate 'Sauna Meal' menu that focuses on the salt and umami flavors desired after a sauna session.

Future Outlook As we work toward the project's completion at the end of 2026, Yamakou will continue to pursue greater comfort as Kurashiki's 'community living room.'
