(hereinafter "this site") starting from Monday, May 11, 2026. This site utilizes the "ShopCounter Enterprise" service provided by COUNTERWORKS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoki Sampei; hereinafter "COUNTERWORKS").

Sanyo SC Development develops and operates the JR station-connected shopping centers "Okayama Ichibangai," "Sun Station Okayama," "Sun Station Kurashiki," and "Sun Station Fukuyama." Leveraging their prime locations, they convey sophisticated lifestyles, everyday functionality, and regional charm to customers both within and outside the prefecture.

Recruitment for POPUP and permanent store spaces has previously been handled individually by the respective facility managers. With the launch of this site, Sanyo SC Development aims to create an environment where tenants can smoothly access necessary information, expand communication channels, and thus promote the creation of contact points with a wider range of tenants.
