Reasons for Change and Main Content: (1) In response to regulatory authority instructions and the Company’s actual circumstances, and based on the review opinions of the Financial Supervisory Commission (hereinafter “FSC”), the Company has amended Article 3 of the '115 Employee Stock Option Certificate Issuance and Subscription Method' to add definitions for 'full-time employees' and 'part-time employees'.

Before Amendment: Title: 115 Employee Stock Option Certificate Issuance and Subscription Method Article 3 Eligibility Criteria for Option Holders: One: Option holders shall be full-time and part-time employees of the Company and its domestic and foreign affiliated companies who were employed prior to the subscription eligibility benchmark date. The subscription eligibility benchmark date shall be determined by the Chairman. The term 'affiliated company' refers to entities meeting the FSC's letter dated December 27, 107 (No. 1070121068).

After Amendment: Title: 115 Employee Stock Option Certificate Issuance and Subscription Method Article 3 Eligibility Criteria for Option Holders: One: Option holders shall be full-time and part-time employees (as defined below) of the Company and its domestic and foreign affiliated companies who were employed prior to the subscription eligibility benchmark date. The subscription eligibility benchmark date shall be determined by the Chairman. The term 'affiliated company' refers to entities meeting the FSC's letter dated December 27, 107 (No. 1070121068). (a) Full-time Employees: (i) Employed by the Company or its domestic and foreign affiliated companies under indefinite-term contracts, with normal working hours scheduled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and related regulations (principally 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week); (ii) Responsible for executing duties assigned by the Company or its domestic and foreign affiliated companies; and (iii) Whose wages are calculated and paid on a monthly basis. (b) Part-time Employees: (i) Employed by the Company or its domestic and foreign affiliated companies on an hourly wage basis with normal working hours less than those of full-time employees (typically less than 8 hours per day) or employed under fixed-term contracts; (ii) Responsible for executing duties assigned by the Company or its domestic and foreign affiliated companies; and (iii) Whose wages are calculated based on actual working hours or contractual agreements and paid monthly.
