[Eligible Hires] Those hired in the Civil Engineering, Forestry, or Architecture categories in fiscal years 2026 and 2027.

[Requirements] Must work for the Tokushima Prefectural Government for at least 3 years after employment.

[Covered Expenses] Type 1 (interest-free) and Type 2 (interest-bearing) student loans provided by JASSO.

[Support Details] - Type 1 (interest-free): 1/2 of the total loan amount (up to 1.25 million yen). - Type 2 (interest-bearing): 1/3 of the total loan amount (up to 850,000 yen). - Support Period: Repayment assistance provided for 5 years, starting from the 4th year of employment, contingent on at least 3 years of continuous service.
