Modified dividend type and amount: Common stock cash dividend: NT$9,899,356,748, at NT$7.79502656 per share. 4. Reason for adjustment: Due to the conversion of common stock by employees exercising stock options and the repurchase/cancellation of restricted employee rights shares, the total number of outstanding common shares has changed. Following the Board's resolution, the Chairman has been authorized to adjust the distribution rate. 5. Other relevant notes: Class A preferred stock dividend of NT$285,888,760 remains unchanged at NT$2.11769451 per share.
