NeoRealX, established in 2023 as a joint venture between Alphacode Inc. and Nippon TV, has gained significant recognition for its XR content and solutions, winning the Grand Prix in the VR category at the 2025 Lumiere Japan Awards—a first for the Nippon TV Group.

The acquisition and additional investment aim to further strengthen the group's efforts in the high-growth XR market. By leveraging NeoRealX's technical expertise and proposal capabilities, the group intends to provide new experience-based value through XR content and expand its business.
