In the latter half of life, the less you have, the lighter you become.

Things, money, relationships, emotions, memories --

By letting go of what you've been holding onto, one by one,

life becomes surprisingly easier.

"Shinden Seiri" (personal organization) is not just about tidying up.

It is about organizing your life

to decide "how you will live from now on."

To live without trouble, even if you develop dementia or become alone.

And to choose your own life until the very end.

From his personal experiences and on-site knowledge, the author, who has seen many patients as a doctor, shares

"The Art of Lightening Your Life."

Just by reading it,

it is a book that will change how you live from now on.
