Driver One Chan is competing in the MINI CHALLENGE JAPAN MINI CPS class of the 2026 BMW & MINI Racing season under car number 101 as "Team Ales group F56CPS." As a team supporting the driver’s racing activities, ORJ RACING is committed to creating a secure and supportive environment through vehicle maintenance, circuit services, on-site operational support, and team structure development.
Additionally, at RD.4 Sports Land SUGO, the newly adopted special race format "GRAN HEAT" will be implemented in BMW & MINI Racing. ORJ RACING will enter this "GRAN HEAT" endurance race with a two-driver lineup consisting of One Chan and Kunihiko Iwatsuki, President of ORJ Co., Ltd.

◆ About BMW & MINI Racing
BMW & MINI Racing is a motorsports series featuring one-make racing by BMW and MINI, delivering high-level competition and unique circuit-based experiences.
Within this series, the MINI CHALLENGE JAPAN MINI CPS class leverages the agile characteristics of MINI vehicles, where driver precision, strategic race judgment, and team coordination directly impact results. Because MINI races often feature close battles, not only driver skill but also vehicle condition management, on-site decision-making, and team organization are critical.
ORJ RACING places importance not only on race results but also on driver development, sponsor aspirations, and the passion generated at the circuit, which it carefully communicates.
The upcoming RD.4 Sports Land SUGO event is a crucial race as the 2026 season enters its second half. For One Chan, it is an opportunity to further elevate both personal performance and overall team strength.

◆ About the New Race Format "GRAN HEAT"
"GRAN HEAT" is a special race format newly adopted for BMW & MINI Racing 2026.
Making its debut at RD.4 Sports Land SUGO, "GRAN HEAT" will be a roughly 50-minute endurance race. Unlike standard sprint races, mandatory pit stops are required during the race, and factors such as pit-in timing, driver changes, refueling, tire management, and team coordination will determine victory.
Each car may enter with one or two drivers. In a two-driver setup, the A-driver starts Race 7 and the B-driver starts Race 8. During the final race, all cars must complete a pit stop between 15 and 35 minutes after the start, with restrictions on pit duration, fuel amount, and number of tires used.
In "GRAN HEAT," where speed alone is not enough to win, driver consistency, team decision-making, mechanic responsiveness, and partner coordination become even more critical. For ORJ RACING, this represents a new challenge to demonstrate its accumulated race management and on-site response capabilities.
◆ One Chan and Kunihiko Iwatsuki: Two-Driver Endurance Race Entry
ORJ RACING will enter the "GRAN HEAT" endurance race at RD.4 with a two-driver lineup consisting of One Chan and Kunihiko Iwatsuki, President of ORJ Co., Ltd.
One Chan has steadily achieved strong results in the 2026 MINI CPS class and is emerging as a contender in the upper ranks. Meanwhile, Kunihiko Iwatsuki, as president of ORJ RACING, has been deeply involved in race operations, vehicle maintenance, and team management.
This two-driver lineup is not merely an addition of a driver. By taking the wheel himself, the team president aims to deepen shared understanding of vehicle dynamics, on-site decisions, driver support, and team management, thereby enhancing ORJ RACING’s overall strength.
In endurance racing, driver coordination, pace management, pit stop decisions, and vehicle condition maintenance are vital. ORJ RACING aims to maximize the potential of "Team Ales group F56CPS" through this two-driver lineup and achieve a top finish at Sports Land SUGO.
