Japan's First: Experience Chita Brand Salmon Raised with LNG Cold Energy at 'Chita Cool Salmon Fes 2026' in June

The Tokai City Event Activity Cooperation Association, co-hosted with Toho Gas Co., Ltd., will hold the 'Chita Cool Salmon Fes 2026' on June 6-7, 2026, at Otagawa Station in Aichi Prefecture. The event highlights 'Chita Cool Salmon', Japan's first sustainable brand salmon raised using liquefied natural gas (LNG) cold energy from city gas production. Expecting 5,000 visitors, the free-admission festival combines food education and entertainment, featuring salmon ecology observation, filleting shows, digital rallies, local gourmet food, and live performances.
