Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. is hosting the annual 'Ibaraki Melon Fair' in partnership with Ibaraki Prefecture from June 3 to June 16, featuring 17 limited-time dishes across 15 shops using premium local 'Ibaraking' and 'Quincy' melons.

Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. is holding its annual collaboration event with Ibaraki Prefecture, the 'Ibaraki Melon Fair,' from Wednesday, June 3, to Tuesday, June 16.

A total of 15 stores will serve 17 limited-time menu items featuring Ibaraki Prefecture's specialty 'Ibaraking' and 'Quincy' melons.

At 'Ginza Aster Sou Nihombashi' on the 6th floor of the New Building, a Chinese-style parfait is served, layering Ibaraking melon with almond tofu and coconut ice cream.

'Mallory Pork Steak & Cafe' on the 1st floor of the New Building offers a special salad lunch, combining juicy sous-vide pork with sweet Quincy melon and a refreshing basil dressing. Additionally, the popular Taipei-style dim sum restaurant 'Din Tai Fung' on B2 of the Main Building is offering limited-time 'Melon Ping' (shaved ice) using Quincy melons.

Furthermore, for takeout and dine-in, 'Hamadaya' on B1 of the New Building features a melon danish made with Ibaraking.
