Corporate Seminar Held for Keio University Lacrosse Team: OBs and Young Employees Discuss the Reality of the Shipping Industry and the 'Meaning of Working'

On April 13, 2026, Kuribayashi Shosen conducted a corporate seminar for the Keio University Lacrosse team (men's and women's combined) at the Hiyoshi Campus. Approximately 100 members participated, deepening their understanding of the social role of the shipping industry and career development. This seminar was held as part of the sponsorship agreement signed in October 2025. Three employees, including Managing Director Yoshiyuki Kuribayashi, an alumnus of the team, and young staff, took the stage to share their experiences, the appeal of their work, and how their student experiences have been applied in their professional lives. Students asked questions about job hunting, making it a meaningful opportunity to think about their future careers.
