Companies that succeed in hiring have one thing in common: they place talent strategy at the heart of their business strategy.
That’s all.
・Don’t let well-being remain just a concept
・Think of recruitment as marketing
・Executives must communicate the vision themselves
Whether or not a company can make this shift is the key differentiator.
In this seminar, we will explain through real examples:
✔ Why employee well-being directly impacts hiring results
✔ The moment new graduates decide, “I want to work here”
✔ How SMEs can design winning recruitment strategies
✔ The three decisions executives must make starting tomorrow
Speakers:
・Yusuke Iida, who has supported organizational development for over 5,000 companies
・Yosuke Ishii, deeply experienced in frontline new graduate recruitment and ranked #1 in Japan’s “Best Workplaces” for four consecutive years
This is a seminar combining theory and practice—“A New Graduate Recruitment Seminar for Executives.”
☑ You know education is a priority, but you don’t know how to implement it
☑ You want employees to grow not only professionally but also personally through their work
☑ You aim to build an organization where employees take initiative and achieve self-fulfillment
☑ You want your employees to be truly committed
Part 1: Yusuke Iida, Representative Director, Leading Mark Co., Ltd.
How an organizational strategy improved turnover rate by 20% in three years and increased revenue 15-fold
There was a time when we believed, “Hire people with excellent skills and experience, and the business will grow.” Back then, our turnover rate exceeded 30%, employees didn’t stay, and we saw zero business results. From that experience and supporting over 6,000 companies, we learned one truth: “There is no universal formula for the traits of employees who stay and thrive—each company is completely different.” In this session, our representative Yusuke Iida will share firsthand experiences and failures, revealing new graduate recruitment strategies that directly drive business success.
Part 2: Yosuke Ishii, Representative Director, Atsumaru Co., Ltd.
How a 70-employee startup ranked 4th in the Kyushu region and 7th in the advertising industry in the Nikkei Minnaobi Popular Company Rankings
Explaining the recruitment strategy that attracted 7,500 applicants to information sessions
