(Headquarters: Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Representative Director: Tatsuya Makioka, hereinafter "the Company") has been newly certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Category, Next Bright 1000)" under the "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System" jointly promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
In this year's Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Category, we received an extremely high evaluation, ranking 800th to 850th (top 3.7%) out of 23,085 certified companies nationwide.
1. Overview
What is the Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System?
It is a commendation system certified by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, aiming to create an environment where corporations, including large and small/medium-sized enterprises, that are practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management can receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, affiliated companies, financial institutions, and others, by making their efforts "visible."
What is Next Bright 1000? It is a title given to companies ranked particularly excellent among the top 501st to 1500th in the Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Category).

2. Background of Certification
Our company regards the health of our employees as an important capital for management, and under the vision of "bringing happiness to all people involved with our company," we promote the creation of an environment where each employee can work energetically, both mentally and physically.
Specifically, we are undertaking the following initiatives:
* Implementation of walking events * Hosting health events (SPO-GOMI Tournament in Kure) * Employee exchange circle activities * Implementation of company-wide stress checks * Setting up "reduced alcohol and smoking weeks"
These initiatives were recognized and led to this certification.

3. Future Outlook
This certification is merely a milestone. Our company will not be satisfied with this result and aims for further health and productivity management. As one concrete measure, we will newly introduce a "Health Point System." This is a mechanism where points are awarded according to the achievement level of health goals set by employees themselves, and the acquired points are reimbursed as an allowance at the end of the fiscal year.
We are convinced that the pursuit of "employee health" and a "comfortable working environment" will be the driving force for providing better services to our customers and contributing to the future of the region.
Please look forward to the challenges of KOKKO Co., Ltd., which continues to evolve as an organization while contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
