Kuriya Shichidaime Matsugoro's "Chicken Tofu Two-Color Style," awarded the highest score on TV Asahi's "Kitchen Car Daisakusen," to appear at CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026

Fujii Toshiki, chef at Kuriya Shichidaime Matsugoro, a restaurant managed by Shabu-shabu Matsugoro Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo), scored 52 points, the highest in the program's history, on TV Asahi's "Kitchen Car Daisakusen" in the "Chef Unit Daisakusen" segment.
