New Release: 'SAMURAI FIRE' Rotating Genshiyaki Hearth for Inbound Tourism
株式会社ちろり (Headquarters: Osaka; Representative Director: Yoshihiro Osada) has begun selling the 'SAMURAI FIRE,' a rotating hearth grill that functions as a customer attraction tool for restaurants, through its online shop '囲炉裏本舗.'
Created by the fifth-generation master potter Bunjiro from Shigaraki, one of Japan's six ancient kilns, it is available in two sizes: 90cm and 65cm in diameter. By placing it on a rotating bearing, it can be easily turned with one hand.
### Strong for SNS! A Customer Attraction Tool, Not Just Equipment.
The ability to rotate it makes the experience instantly recognizable. The movement brings 'Genshiyaki' (primitive grilling) to life, making the establishment memorable as the 'restaurant with the rotating hearth.' As ingredients like shrimp, seafood, meat, and vegetables rotate while grilling, it creates an overwhelming sense of live atmosphere in the restaurant, making it ideal for SNS video sharing. It is a unique hearth that truly functions as an attraction tool.
### Dramatically Improved Workability
Rotation makes skewering and turning ingredients smooth, allows for easy viewing of doneness, and enables quick charcoal adjustments. There is no need to move around, making work significantly easier. Furthermore, the rotating action naturally creates movement, enhancing visual effects.
### Strong for Inbound Tourism
What overseas travelers seek is not just a 'meal,' but a 'special Japanese experience' and a 'moment they feel compelled to capture in photos or videos.' SAMURAI FIRE realizes both. The traditional ceramic hearths and kamado stoves evoke Japanese cultural heritage, satisfying foreign guests' desire for experiences and photo opportunities.
### Utilizing the Keyword 'SAMURAI FIRE'
Terms like 'Genshiyaki' or 'Irori' are difficult for foreign guests to understand. We encourage you to use 'Japanese Charcoal Grill & Genshiyaki [SAMURAI FIRE].' SAMURAI FIRE is a keyword that instantly communicates to foreign guests that they can experience 'traditional Japanese charcoal cooking.'
### Installation-Free
SAMURAI FIRE can be installed simply by placing it, requiring no construction.
### Shigaraki Master Potter / Bunjiro Kiln
SAMURAI FIRE is born from the flames of Shigaraki, one of Japan's six ancient kilns. Each piece is carefully handcrafted by the fifth-generation Bunjiro, who inherits the tradition of the Bunjiro Kiln (Yamabun Seitosho). Firing such large vessels is extremely difficult due to the inevitable challenges of 'warping' and 'cracking' caused by earth and fire. Despite long-term research lowering the breakage rate, the production quantity remains extremely limited due to its unique texture and firing technology.
