iRidge Co., Ltd., which has over 300 achievements in OMO app development and marketing support for businesses, conducted a survey on 'App Membership Cards' with 257 individuals aged 15-69. The survey highlights a growing preference for app-based memberships. However, it also reveals new 'troubles at the register' and strict criteria for app uninstallation. Key findings show that while the number of users who will only create a membership if it's an app is increasing, about half of users uninstall apps due to slow startup or poor 'time performance'. The most rapidly increasing complaint year-over-year was errors during payment or point processing, which rose from 19% to 27%, indicating a new UX stress point as daily usage grows.
