This rebranding reflects a transition from an AI engineer staffing-focused business model to one that provides end-to-end support for AI Transformation (AX), and signals the company's full-scale entry into the AI market as part of the Akatsuki Group.

Background of Rebranding Since its establishment in August 2024, the company has supported corporate AI adoption through staffing and SES services. Following its inclusion in the Akatsuki Group in August 2025, the company expanded its business into consulting and solution development leveraging generative AI and AI agents, focusing on a "commitment to business outcomes" rather than just providing engineering resources.

To reflect this business transformation and clarify its position as the core company for Akatsuki Group's AI initiatives, the company has rebranded to "Akatsuki AI Technologies."
