Ad-dice Inc., in partnership with Kitahiroshima Town and Hiroshima University, has reported the final results of its "Mental Health DX" proof-of-concept experiment. The approximately three-month study suggested that visualizing objective data with healthcare AI (ResQ AI) can encourage autonomous behavioral changes among participants, potentially improving their mental risk factors. The experiment successfully detected early signs of mental fatigue that annual stress checks might miss and confirmed that participants who received weekly reports improved their mental scores by increasing their daily steps or sleep duration. This approach demonstrates a promising way to complement traditional mental health checks and promote well-being.
