About the Sponsorship Agreement

AMADA AMERICA, INC (AAI) and the US-based team Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL), which competes in the NTT IndyCar Series, announced on March 17, 2026, that they have signed a sponsorship agreement. At the same time, it was announced that Takuma Sato would compete in the 110th Indianapolis 500-mile race (Indy 500) driving car no. 75 for the team, continuing from 2024 and 2025, to challenge for his third victory. Under this agreement, AAI will again serve as the primary sponsor for the car, with the Amada logo displayed on the car body and racing suit. The 110th Indy 500 final race will take place on May 24, 2026 (local time).

Takuma Sato was with RLL in 2012 and from 2018 to 2021, and has secured four wins in the IndyCar Series with the team, including the 2020 Indy 500 victory. AAI and RLL have built a partnership since 2023 and AAI has been a main sponsor since Takuma Sato returned to compete in the Indy 500 with the team in 2024. The team highly values the processing machines, technology, and services provided by our company.
