Notice Regarding Strengthening of Strategic IR Office Structure

Earth Infinity Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, Osaka Prefecture; President: Koichi Hamada; hereinafter the "Company") is pleased to announce the strengthening of its Strategic IR Office, aimed at further enhancing its information disclosure system and increasing corporate value.

To date, the Company has focused on improving timely disclosures and various information dissemination activities centered on the Strategic IR Office.

Following this change, Yuichi Nakatani, Manager of the Sales Department, has been appointed as the Head of the Strategic IR Office to further strengthen collaboration with the sales division. By doing so, the Company will build a system capable of more rapidly and proactively disseminating information on business activities and new initiatives, thereby enriching information provided to stakeholders, including investors and shareholders.

Going forward, the Company will continue to actively disseminate information regarding business progress, growth strategies, and various measures, in addition to timely disclosures, to enhance corporate value and strengthen communication with the market.
