A unique yoga event will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 11:00 to 12:30 at Seigakuji Yotsuya Tachibana Kaikan, featuring Minami, the Tokyo Ambassador for Yoga Design Lab (YDL).

This event fulfills Minami's long-held wish to practice yoga in the silence of a temple. Participants will enjoy a special time of balancing mind and body within a historic and serene atmosphere that is not usually open to the public.

### Experience Highlights **"Yoga to Release Mind and Body"** The event combines yoga with a Buddhist dharma talk (sermon) to harmonize physical and mental states simultaneously. - **Physical:** Yoga poses and breathing techniques relieve tension, improve circulation, and balance the autonomic nervous system. - **Mental:** In this relaxed state, the dharma talk resonates more deeply, making it easier to apply Buddhist teachings and perspectives to daily life. - **Spiritual:** The sacred temple environment facilitates high concentration and deep cognitive rest.

### Instructor: Minami (Yoga Design Lab Tokyo Ambassador) Minami is a former competitive rhythmic gymnast with numerous titles. After 8 years of experience in major fitness clubs focusing on instructor training and management, she is now a freelance instructor specializing in MOSSA, yoga, and TRX YOGA FLOW. She holds RYT500 and other professional certifications.
