The featured menu includes the 'Umaimono 5-Piece Nigiri' (Isaki, Churaumi Raw Binchotuna, Seared Sardine, Swordfish Medium Fatty Tuna, and White Grilled Eel).

Highlights include 'Isaki' (from Oita, Ehime, etc.), a classic early summer fish raised in the southern seas, and 'Seared Sardine' (from Chiba and Hokkaido), which is lightly seared upon ordering to release the flavorful fat.
