Kaunet Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Noritomo Miyazawa), a KOKUYO Group company providing e-commerce services, launched a dedicated gift website for corporate clients on May 27, 2026, in collaboration with Adely Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yanai City, Yamaguchi; President: Noriko Ono).
The new site resolves previous challenges in Kaunet’s gift ordering process, such as the need for repeated orders for each recipient and the complexity of specifying 'noshigake' (ceremonial gift wrapping). Users can now arrange shipments to multiple destinations in a single order and complete wrapping specifications entirely online. The service caters to a wide range of needs, from seasonal gifts like Ochugen and Oseibo to employee benefits (BtoE) and ceremonial or anniversary gifts throughout the year, aiming to improve operational efficiency and customer experience (CX).
1. Background and Objectives In the corporate gift market, while traditional seasonal gifting is being scaled back, there is a growing trend of selecting higher-quality gifts for specific recipients. While the number of shipments is decreasing, unit prices are rising. Additionally, demand for BtoE gifts aimed at improving employee engagement is increasing. To meet these diversifying needs and overcome previous system constraints, Kaunet implemented a punch-out integration with Adely.
2. Key Features of the Dedicated Gift Site (1) Diverse Selection and Detailed Support Approximately 600 items, including famous brand sweets and direct-from-farm products, are available. Specifications for 21 types of noshigake and delivery dates are completed on the site. (2) Efficiency via 'One Order x Multiple Destinations' Users can specify multiple recipients in a single order, reducing the effort of repeated ordering and making history tracking easier. (3) Address Book Management A system to register and store recipient addresses simplifies recurring shipments and reduces manual data entry.
3. Commemorative Campaign To celebrate the launch, Kaunet will offer 500 points to corporate members who purchase at least 4,000 yen (including tax) on the new site between May 27 and July 31, 2026.
