2027/2028 Graduation Season Begins! 'Job-Hunter Mahjong Battle' Recruiting Event Held

Kakehashi Sky Inc. announced that it will launch a new season of its recruiting event, 'Job-Hunter Mahjong Battle,' targeting students graduating in 2027 and 2028, starting June 9, 2026. The event is scheduled to be held once a month until March 2027.

Previous Performance and Feedback Last year's events (June 2025 – March 2026) were highly successful across 10 sessions. Over 60% of participating students were from GMARCH-level universities or higher, earning the event high praise from companies as a gathering of career-conscious students. 71% of participating students joined as part of their job search, and 64% expressed expectations for meeting companies that value mahjong skills.

What is the 'Job-Hunter Mahjong Battle'? This recruiting event allows students and company recruiters to interact through mahjong, a game requiring logical thinking and instantaneous judgment. Recruiters play alongside students to grasp communication skills and strategic thinking not visible in interviews. If recruiters find a prospective candidate, they can even approach them on the spot.
