With 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Okuwa proposes a new world of Edomae sushi that is rooted in Japanese tradition while incorporating modern sensibilities. At Makoto Ocean, the essence of Japanese cuisine is expressed through playful and artistic presentations, providing a dining experience that is both sophisticated and approachable.
