Quick Gardening Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fuchu, Tokyo; CEO: Norio Watanabe), which offers garden care services in the Kanto, Tokai, and Kansai regions, announced that in April 2026, it opened the 'Shuzenji Safety Training Center Main Building' in Ohira, Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and began conducting new employee training and skill enhancement programs. This facility is the company's second training center for 'Ueki Cut Designers' (tree trimming professionals), following the 'Shuzenji Safety Training Center (Annex)' opened in 2022. It is located just a one-minute walk from the existing facility and utilizes a traditional house (kominka) that is over 100 years old. The site covers an area of approximately 660 square meters.
Creating New Jobs and Community Interaction
With the opening of the center, six local residents have been newly employed, including two locals and four migrants to the area. This has contributed to creating opportunities for diverse talent to play an active role in the region.
Displaying Artifacts at the Izu City Museum
Items from the Taisho era, which had been stored in the warehouse of the property, are now on display at the Izu City Museum.

Growing Vegetables for Local Consumption
Nearby fields have been cleared to grow crops such as tomatoes, eggplants, and okra, which are being used for meals provided to trainees. Moving forward, the company plans to use farming as a space for communication and regional activation.
