CPS Brand Enters the Market for AI PC/Workstation Solutions

Scythe Co., Ltd., an authorized distributor of CPS, will launch its first AI PC/workstation cooling products under the CPS brand on July 24, 2026 (Fri). These products were first unveiled at "CPS EXPO 2026" held in 2026.

The rapid acceleration of AI adoption has dramatically increased the demand for dedicated computers that can process large language model (LLM) training and optimization, as well as generative AI inference, at high speeds in local environments. Consequently, high cooling performance and reliability are more crucial than ever to ensure the stable operation of high-performance CPUs under prolonged, heavy loads.

The CPU cooler and water cooler series for AI PCs/workstations being launched this time have been developed to meet these needs. They are compatible with a wide range of environments, from high-end desktop workstations to rackmount servers, and deliver stable cooling performance even during extended continuous operation.

Products that garnered significant interest from attendees at "CPS EXPO 2026"

These products were first revealed to retailers, system integrators, and corporate users at "CPS EXPO 2026," held by CPS at UDX Akihabara on May 21, 2026. CPS has pursued cooling solutions for 21 years since its establishment.

At the exhibition, the products were introduced as a new product category for the AI PC/workstation market and received high interest from many attendees.

Following the strong response received at the exhibition, we are now officially launching these products.

TR620M X

Dual-tower air cooler for compact workstations

Despite its compact design with a total height of 115mm, it features six 6mm diameter heat pipes and a 100mm mid-ship mount fan operating at up to 5,000 RPM. It utilizes a large copper base plate to deliver excellent heat dissipation performance even in limited spaces. It is also compatible with 4U rackmount servers, stably cooling high-performance CPUs in space-constrained environments.

TS700D

Single-tower air cooler for high-end workstations

A 158mm tall single-tower cooler equipped with seven 6mm diameter heat pipes and dual 120mm fans, featuring a large copper base plate.

This model efficiently cools with dual fans rotating at up to 3000 rpm, with a reverse blade fan used as the rear fan.

LR360S

360mm radiator All-in-One CPU liquid cooler

This is a 360mm radiator model compatible with a wide range of cases, from mid-towers to full-towers. It features a 38mm thick high-density radiator, a large copper base plate, a full ceramic bearing pump, and Japanese dual ball bearing fans, providing stable cooling performance for long AI workloads.

LR480S

480mm radiator All-in-One CPU liquid cooler

This is the flagship 480mm radiator model in the series. It combines four 120mm high-speed fans with a 38mm thick radiator, supporting environments requiring extremely high cooling performance, such as AI workstations and high-performance servers.
