MAWSIM x Bar BenFiddich: Twin Batch Craft Gin to Launch on June 7, 2026

Sun Vespa (Gifu, Japan) will release GIN x BenFiddich 2026 Twin Batch Edition on June 7, 2026. This collaboration craft gin set features Hiroyasu Kayama, the owner-bartender of Bar BenFiddich, which is regularly selected in World's 50 Best Bars. The set contains two 500ml bottles (43% ABV) priced at 16,500 yen (tax included). GIN Tropical Citrus x BenFiddich 2026 blends wild cinnamon and wild cardamom from Cambodia's Cardamom Mountains into MAWSIM's citrus base, creating tropical fruit notes with humid spice undertones. GIN Spices & Herbs x BenFiddich 2026 adds monkey banana and cacao to a spices and herbs base, offering a dense nectar texture and a deep, bitter finish. Both gins are bottled in Kelder 2nd, MAWSIM's original bottle that won an award at the 21st Glass Bottle Awards 2025. Kayama, an organic farmer-bartender based in Tokigawa, Saitama, is known for his 'Farm to Glass' philosophy and mixing native wild botanicals into cocktails, ranking 18th in World's 50 Best Bars 2025.
