Sankyo Techno Staff Conducts Environmental Awareness Activities at 'Suzuka International Exchange Festa 2026'

Sankyo Techno Staff participated in the 'Wai Wai Spring Festival' event organized by the International Exchange Association on May 17, 2026, held at the Hayashi United Culture Hall Suzuka (Suzuka City Cultural Center).

Various local educational institutions also participated, including Suzuka International University and Mie Prefectural Iino High School, where approximately 40% of the student body are foreign nationals. Sankyo Techno Staff was involved in planning activities that allowed attendees to learn while having fun within this local network.

At the event, Sankyo Techno Staff managed 'Waste Sorting Quiz' and 'Trash Fishing Game' booths. For adults, they provided clear guidance on correct waste sorting methods through quizzes based on items often confusing in daily life, such as burnable waste, non-burnable waste, plastic, and recyclable materials. For children, they organized a game where participants used fishing rods to catch items representing trash and discard them into boxes resembling trash cans, supporting their learning of basic sorting skills through play.
