The IKB Gourmet Executive Committee (Chairman: Yasuyuki Miyasaka) has announced the "2nd Ikebukuro West Gourmet Park 2026," to be held over two days on November 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun), 2026, at Ikebukuro West Exit Park.
Last year's inaugural "Ikebukuro West Gourmet Park 2025" brought together around 50 local restaurants centered in Ikebukuro, attracting approximately 20,000 visitors over two days. It created one of the liveliest events in the history of Ikebukuro West Exit Park and received high praise from attendees, local businesses, and government officials.
Feedback included:

These positive responses helped establish the event as a major community revitalization initiative.
Now, the second edition has been officially confirmed for this year.
Centered on the theme "Food × Light × Town," this community-based gourmet festival unites Ikebukuro's restaurants, businesses, local organizations, and visitors to showcase the area's unique appeal.
This year's event aims to surpass last year in both scale and content.
Highlights include:
- Around 50 food vendor booths, each offering one seriously crafted dish - Live performances by renowned artists - Live art projects - Hands-on activities for children - A zero-waste festival initiative - Colorful lantern displays sponsored by supporting organizations
Popular initiatives from last year will continue, and new features are also planned, such as:
- Corporate sponsorship booths - Publication of a special "Ikebukuro Gourmet Festival" book
Additionally, renowned artists and performers are being confirmed one after another, with expectations for even higher attendance and greater economic impact on the local community.

Food Booth Vendor Recruitment
Open to restaurants located in Ikebukuro. (Applicants must have a business address registered in "Ikebukuro.")
Deadline: July 21 (Tue)
Lantern Sponsorship Program
Individuals or companies are invited to sponsor decorative lanterns that will adorn the venue. This community-support initiative will display individual names, company names, or shop names, lighting up the night sky of Ikebukuro.

Sponsorship Booth Recruitment
Call for businesses and organizations to operate PR or experiential booths.
