JMA Systems announced the late May 2026 release of 'KAITO NEXT PostBox,' the first product in its new 'KAITO NEXT' AI series. This service addresses structural corporate challenges where internal voices often fail to reach management. Built on the secure 'KAITO' infrastructure used by over 860 firms, it allows employees to anonymously report signs of harassment, fraud, or general 'unease' without fear of identification. The system employs AI to organize and summarize these reports, reducing psychological barriers for users and streamlining the response process for management.
