The management fee is set at 8%, half the industry average (15–25%). Experienced staff, certified as 'Superhosts' by Airbnb, handle everything from listing management and guest communication to cleaning arrangements and price optimization, helping owners maximize revenue without hassle.

Five Key Features of SEKAI STAY:

1. Full Management Service SEKAI STAY takes over all operations, including optimizing photos and descriptions on booking sites, guest communication, cleaning logistics, and emergency troubleshooting.

2. Dedicated Dashboard Owners can check monthly revenue, occupancy rates, and guest reviews on smartphones or PCs. It includes a first-of-its-kind tax reporting function and an owner booking feature.

3. Optimized Dynamic Pricing Based on vast data covering local demand, days of the week, seasons, and events, prices are adjusted in real-time to maximize profitability.

4. Multi-language Support Standard support includes English, Chinese, and Korean. The call center is also multi-lingual to handle inbound guests.
