Our buyer was captivated in the late 2000s by Mexico’s vibrant people and colorful urban landscapes, visiting the country several times a year. It was there that we discovered the Mercado bag. Recognizing its potential—lightweight, durable, and full of character—we began importing and selling it in Japan.

Since 2014, we have steadily increased awareness and demand for Mercado bags in Japan. (Purchase volume comparison: 1,200 units in 2015 vs. 35,000 units in 2024)

Our Social Good mission is to ensure customers enjoy these bags while supporting producers—preserving traditional Mexican craftsmanship, contributing to vocational training in prisons, and securing stable livelihoods for Mercado bag artisans through sustainable business practices.

For the 2026 SS season, our theme is “TIMELESS.”
