Tarlin International Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President: Naoshi Sato) and AP Communications Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Takeshi Uchida) announced that they will begin accepting user votes on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, for the "User Election" to determine the commercial lineup for the 5th installment of their jointly developed capsule toy series, "Palm-sized Network Equipment."

In this series, AP Communications is in charge of planning and overall supervision, while Tarlin International handles manufacturing and sales.

All 40 candidate devices have been assembled, and the complete list is being released. Concurrently, a social media campaign will be held where participants can win past product sets.
