[June 9] Discussion Event Announced: Mai Teshigawara x Former Google Managers

Daikanyama T-Site has announced a collaborative talk event featuring Mai Teshigawara, author of "Organizational Dissonance: What Leaders Should Change," and former Google managers Kozo Nakatani, Neo Morohashi, and Junichiro Mizuno, authors of "The Top Priorities of Managers Who Consistently Achieve Results Learned at Google."

"Meetings don't seem to click," or "I can't grasp the real intentions of my subordinates." Management begins to change when such dissonances are not brushed off as individual issues, but accepted as signs of the organization or relationships.

Through dialogue between these four authors with different approaches, the event will explore how to interpret "dissonance" emerging from the field of organizational development alongside the empowerment-style management practiced at Google, and contemplate what managers should prioritize right now.
