Dream Incubator Inc. (DI), Dentsu Soken Inc., and IFS Japan Ltd. announced on May 26, 2026, the start of a strategic collaboration in the areas of production management and supply chain optimization for the manufacturing industry. Along with this, DI and Dentsu Soken have signed strategic partner agreements with IFS.
A key feature of this initiative is that it does not start with ERP introduction. Instead, it begins with business unit-led DX concepts, accompanying companies through business reforms that maximize standard software functions (Fit to Standard) until they are fully implemented and established. By establishing a framework that integrates strategy, execution, and IT without fragmentation, the collaboration aims for rapid results and sustainable competitive advantage.
This partnership addresses environmental changes such as rising geopolitical risks and the increasing complexity of global supply chains. The three companies will focus on the following:
Main Initiatives of the Collaboration
1. Joint Proposal Development They will jointly propose production management and supply chain optimization solutions centered on 'IFS Cloud,' providing seamless support from concept to implementation.
2. Establishment of a Consistent Promotion Structure DI will lead the upstream processes, including DX concepts and execution plans, while Dentsu Soken will handle implementation and maintenance, ensuring a seamless transition across phases.
3. Joint Development of Use Cases and Knowledge Sharing They will jointly develop use cases such as parts procurement optimization and manufacturing lead time reduction. Practical knowledge will be shared through workshops and seminars.
Takayuki Miyake, President of DI, commented that the collaboration enables transformation across the entire value chain. Hirohisa Iwamoto, President of Dentsu Soken, expressed commitment to contributing through their implementation capabilities in manufacturing DX. Hiroyuki Okuma, President of IFS Japan, shared his confidence that this will accelerate supply chain reform in the manufacturing sector.
Looking ahead, the companies plan to hold multiple joint seminars in 2026. Furthermore, a project to support concept planning for IFS implementation at a major manufacturer is already underway.
