Next Rise Social Impact Promotion Organization LLC (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Member: Masahito Ishikawa, hereinafter "NRS"), a group company of Dream Incubator Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Takayuki Miyake, hereinafter "DI"), has been selected as the operator responsible for the planning and operation of the second term (September 2026 - March 2029) of the public-private partnership long-term care prevention project "Zutto Genki! Project" (Mayor: Toshihiko Ota), implemented by Toyoda City, Aichi Prefecture.

This project is being implemented utilizing Social Impact Bonds (hereinafter "SIB"), and DI and NRS have consistently been responsible for the planning and promotion of this project since its commencement in 2021.

In the second term, under a performance-linked framework, with P-BEANS LLC (Toyoda City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Member: Reisuke Sakamoto) as the representative company and NRS as a member company, we will further develop initiatives for long-term care prevention by promoting social participation among the elderly.

About Toyoda City Public-Private Partnership Long-Term Care Prevention Project "Zutto Genki! Project"

"Zutto Genki! Project" is a public-private partnership long-term care prevention project targeting residents of Toyoda City aged 65 and over. It promotes social participation among the elderly through participation in various programs such as exercise, hobbies, cultural activities, employment, and volunteer work provided by private companies and NPOs.

Amidst the indication that social isolation among the elderly leads to an increased risk of requiring long-term care, this project positions "social participation" as a crucial means of preventing long-term care needs. By providing opportunities for activities tailored to each participant's interests and concerns, the project supports the building of community connections and a sense of purpose, aiming to extend healthy life expectancy and reduce future risks of requiring long-term care.

Since the project's inception in 2021, NRS has collaborated with private businesses and community organizations in Toyoda City to develop over 100 types of programs as one of Japan's largest long-term care prevention initiatives using the SIB scheme. As of June 2026, the initiative has grown to involve 3,000 to 4,000 elderly individuals participating monthly, attracting attention nationwide as a model project for public-private partnership in long-term care prevention.
