Background and Objectives of Share Acquisition (Subsidiary Formation)

Since its founding in 2014, Neurope has pursued the mission of "becoming the data infrastructure for the fashion industry," pioneering services such as AI-powered image analysis and data science solutions, including MD optimization for apparel companies, trend forecasting, and e-commerce recommendation engines.

Meanwhile, Caitac, founded in 1948, has built a powerful integrated capability by managing the entire apparel supply chain in-house—from material development and planning to global production through its overseas factories and sales (SPA).

With Caitac's acquisition of shares in Neurope and its integration into the group, the complementary strengths of both companies will be maximized.
